摘 要:将污泥堆肥与土壤按照不同干质量比(0%、0.8%、2%、6%和10%)混匀,用作草坪草培养基质.通过盆栽试验,研究了污泥堆肥施用条件下重金属Cu和Zn在草坪草(高羊茅、黑麦草和早熟禾)不同部位的分布特征.双因素方差分析表明,草种和污泥堆肥水平及二者的交互作用对3种草根和叶中Zn和Cu含量影响差异均显著(P<0.05).随污泥堆肥施用量的增加,3种草叶和根的Zn和Cu含量均呈逐渐增加的变化规律,但增幅不同.高羊茅叶和根的Zn含量最高,分别为121.09 mg·kg^(-1)和164.90 mg·kg^(-1);高羊茅对Cu的吸收表现出一个阈值,污泥堆肥施用量>6%后,高羊茅对Cu的吸收能力略有下降.The sludge compost and soil were mixed,and they were used as the culture substrate for turfgrass.Through pot experiment,the distribution characteristics of Cu and Zn between different organs of three turfgrass,i.e,Festuca arundinacea,Lolium perenne and Poa pratensis,was studied.Two factor analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in the content of Zn and Cu in the roots and leaves of three kinds of grass p<0.05.The content of Zn and Cu in leaves and roots of three kinds of grass increased gradually with the increase of sludge compost,but the increase was different.The content of Zn in leaves and roots of Festuca arundinacea was the highest,respectively,121.09 mg·kg^(-1) and 164.90 mg·kg^(-1).The absorption of Cu by Festuca arundinacea showed a threshold value.The absorption capacity of tall fescue to Cu decreased slightly after the sludge compost dosage was>6%.
