摘　　要：目的:分析温区急进寒区部队战现场救治的难点,提出改进方案,以提高温区部队的战现场救治能力。方法:通过查阅文献资料,结合目前我军温区部队战创伤现场救治现状,分析其在寒区战创伤现场救治过程中面临的问题和存在的不足。并在现有寒区战创伤现场救治水平和训练方案的基础上,有针对性地提出具体且详细的改进方案,以期全面提高温区部队在寒区的战创伤救治能力。结果:通过具体分析温区部队在寒区战创伤战场救治过程中的重点和难点问题,提出温区部队训练和考核的改进方案,并对其装备和救护耗材配发原则提出了相关改进意见。结论:通过针对性改进方案的实施,能够有效提升温区部队在寒区的战创伤战现场救治能力,降低温区部队赴寒区作战过程中战创伤救治的失误,提高救治效率,降低战斗减员。Objective:To analyze the difficulties of battlefield treatment for combat troops rapidly ascending to cold area from warm area,and to put forward the corresponding improvement scheme,so as to improve the battlefield treating ability of the troops from warm area.Methods:The problem and shortage of battlefield treatment for combat injury in cold area were analyzed by referring to literature,and combined with the current situation of cold area combat injury treatment for the troops from warm area.On the basis of the current battlefield treatment of combat injury in cold area,detailed improvement schemes were put forward,in order to comprehensively improve the battlefield treatment ability of troops from the warm area rapidly ascending to cold area.Results:By analyzing the key difficulties of the troops from the warm area in the treatment of combat injury in the cold area,a targeted improvement plan for the training and assessment of troops from the warm area were put forward.Meanwhile,the distribution principles of medical equipment and first aid supplies were set out.Conclusion:The implementation of the targeted improvement scheme can effectively improve the battlefield treatment ability of the troops from warm area,and reduce the mistakes in the treatment of combat injury,which would be conducive to improve the treatment efficiency,and reduce the combat casualty.
