摘　　要：沿海商船与渔船碰撞事故近年来仍呈高发态势。如何降低商渔船碰撞风险一直是海事部门的管理和研究重点。本文着眼于渔船驾驶台的视野盲区,结合具体案例分析了盲区对事故发生的影响,并对有关法律、法规的完善提出了建议。Collisions between merchant ships and fishing boats are still high in recent years in Coastal area.How to reduce collision risks between commercial and fishing boats has always been the focus of management and research of maritime authorities.This paper focuses on the blind spot of the fishing boat bridge,analyzes the influence of the blind spot on the occurrence of accidents combined with specific cases,and puts forward Suggestions on the improvement of relevant laws and regulations.
