摘　　要：马克思主义法学对于女权主义的研究具有重要价值。通过马克思主义法学的视角,可以对美国现阶段的女权主义运动做出更为深入、客观的评价。自2012年至今的美国女权主义运动可以被视为美国历史上的第四波女权主义运动浪潮。代表性的运动有华盛顿女性大游行、#MeToo运动、"解放乳头"运动。现阶段的女权主义运动推动了女性的自由、解放,但存在着严重的异化问题,主要包括:重回"女性受害者论"的思想倾向、过度的情绪宣泄造成女性与男性的对立危机、女权运动商品化的程度加深。如果美国女性在运动中能够正视男女不平等的私有制根源,注重团结无产阶级男性,就仍有希望走出女权主义运动异化的困境。Marxist jurisprudence is of great value to feminist research. From the perspective of Marxist jurisprudence, we can make a more in-depth and objective evaluation of American feminist movement at present. American feminist movement since 2012 can be regarded as the fourth wave of feminist movement in American history, which includes the Women’s March on Washington, the #MeToo Movement, and the ‘ Free the Nipple ’ movement. The feminist movement at the present stage has promoted women’s freedom and liberation, but there are serious alienation problems, including the return to the theory of female victims, excessive emotional catharsis resulting in the confrontation crisis between women and men, and deepening the commercialization of feminist activities. If American women can face the root of private ownership of inequality between men and women and focus on uniting proletarian men in the movement, there is still hope to get out of the predicament of alienation of feminist movement.
