摘  要:通过钢渣按照一定的比例等质量替代粗集料进行水泥混凝土配合比设计,并对钢渣水泥混凝土进行相关性能研究,确定钢渣合理掺量.研究钢渣混凝土与普通混凝土在工作性、力学性能以及耐久性等方面的差异,评价不同钢渣掺配比例时水泥混凝土相关性能的改善效果.试验结果表明,钢渣的掺入,会降低水泥混凝土的工作性能,随着钢渣掺量的增加,坍落度及1 h经时坍落度均逐渐降低,需考虑掺入合理的高性能减水剂来改善钢渣混凝土的工作性能;随着钢渣掺量的增加,水泥混凝土抗压、抗折力学性能及耐久性均逐渐增强,但钢渣掺量超过40%时,水泥混凝土物理及耐久性能改善幅度会降低,综合考虑钢渣等质量替代粗集料的合理比例为40%.In this paper,different proportions of steel slag replacing the equal mass of coarse aggregate was carried out for cement concrete mix ratio design,and steel slag cement concrete related performances were research,then the reasonable content of steel slag was determined.The differences between steel slag concrete and ordinary concrete in workability,mechanical property and durability were studied to evaluate the improvement effect of cement concrete with different proportions of steel slag.The experimental results show that the incorporation of steel slag will reduce the working performance of cement concrete.With the increase of steel slag content,the slump and slump over 1 h both gradually decrease.It is necessary to consider the incorporation of reasonable high-performance water-reducing agent to improve the working performance of steel slag concrete.With the increase of steel slag content,the compressive and flexure mechanical properties and durability of cement concrete gradually enhance,but when steel slag content exceeds 40%,the improvement ranges of physical and durability properties of cement concrete reduce,and the reasonable proportion of steel slag quality replacing coarse aggregate is 40%.
