摘  要:餐厨垃圾的减量化、无害化、资源化处理日益受到人们的关注,本文介绍了餐厨垃圾两相厌氧发酵技术及其工艺,分析了温度、pH、发酵底物、有机负荷、氨氮、微量元素等因素对两相厌氧发酵工艺的影响,总结了一些可进行生物水解或产甲烷反应的发酵反应器及其应用,包括厌氧折流板反应器、连续搅拌釜式反应器、升流式厌氧污泥床等。最后对餐厨垃圾的两相厌氧发酵技术进行了展望。Food waste processing has getting more and more attention.The two-phase anaerobic fermentation technology and its process of kitchen waste were introduced,the effects of temperature,pH,fermentation substrate,organic load,ammonia nitrogen and trace elements on the two-phase anaerobic fermentation process were analyzed,and some fermentation reactors which can carry out biological hydrolysis or methanogenic reaction and their applications were summarized.It included anaerobic baffled reactor,continuous stirred tank reactor,upflow anaerobic sludge bed eactor,and so on.The two-phase anaerobic fermentation technology of kitchen waste was prospected.
