摘  要:本文通过研究氧化还原法测定盐酸羟胺含量的方法,对行业标准中存在的不足进行了探讨,考察了影响其测定结果的主要因素,发现:盐酸羟胺待测样品贮存条件、水中氧含量、硫酸的加入量、试样的沸腾时间、滴定前的放置时间,皆对测定结果产生较大影响,确定了硫酸的加入量为V 0.4%,试样沸腾时间(5.5±1.5)min左右,并且控制在加入磷酸后15 min内完成滴定,尝试以电位滴定法对盐酸羟胺样品进行分析,滴定结果准确性更高。By studying the method of REDOX method for the determination of hydroxylamine hydrochloride content,the deficiencies existing in the industry standards were discussed,and the main factors affecting the determination results were investigated.It was found that The storage conditions of hydroxylamine hydrochloride sample,oxygen content in water,sulfuric acid dosage,boiling time of sample and storage time before titration had great influence on the determination results.The addition amount of sulfuric acid was determined as V 0.4%,sample boiling time was about(5.5±1.5)min,and the titration was completed within 15 min after adding phosphoric acid,potentiometric titration method was used to analyze samples of hydroxylamine hydrochloride,it showed that the titration results accuracy was higher.
