摘 要:优化墓头回的显色条件,并测定不同产地提取液中总多糖的含量。考察多个显色因素对墓头回中总多糖含量测定的影响并在最佳显色条件下对10批药材进行总多糖含量测定。结果表明墓头回总多糖在苯酚浓度为9%,水浴温度为70℃,加热时间为10 min,静置时间为5 min,在最大吸收波长489 nm为最佳显色条件。该方法操作简便、准确、稳定可靠,可用于墓头回药粉中多糖含量的测定。The color development conditions of tomb head back were optimized and the content of total polysaccharides in extracts from different producing areas was determined.The influence of multiple color development factors on the determination of total polysaccharide content in Herba Patriniae was investigated and the total polysaccharide content of 10 batches of medicinal materials was determined under the best color development conditions.The results showed that the total polysaccharide in Herba Patrinia was 9%phenol,the temperature of the water bath was 70℃,the heating time was 10 min,the standing time was 5 min,and the maximum absorption wavelength of 489 nm was the best color development condition.The method is simple,accurate,stable and reliable,and can be used to determine the content of polysaccharides in the tomb back powder.
