免破胶套铣冲砂液体系的构建与应用

摘　　要：针对套铣冲砂修井作业中的问题,室内构建了一套免破胶套铣冲砂液体系,确定其配方:海水+0.5%增粘剂ZC-VIS+2%降滤失剂ZC-LS+3%KCL+5%~8%暂堵剂ZC-ZD(40~180目)+2%高效润滑剂ZC-RH。实验表明:免破胶套铣冲砂液具有封堵能力强、携砂性能好和润滑性能突出等特点。同时修井作业完成后不用进行破胶处,返排直接投产,储层保护效果好。现场应用情况表明,该体系应用效果良好,具有较好的推广应用前景。Aiming at the problems in casing milling sand flushing workover operation,a set of rubber-free casing milling sand flushing fluid system was constructed in laboratory.The formula was determined as:seawater+0.5%thickener ZC-VIS+2%filter loss reducer ZC-LS+3%KCL+5%~8%temporary plugging agent ZC-ZD(40~180 mesh)+2%high efficiency Lubricant ZC-RH.Laboratory experiments have shown that the rubber-free sand milling fluid has the characteristics of strong plugging ability,good sand carrying performance and outstanding lubricating performance.At the same time,after completion of the workover operation,there is no need to perform glue-breaking treatment,return to production directly,and the reservoir protection effect is good.The field operation shows that the system has good application effect,which has a good prospect for popularization and application.
