药物治疗满意度量表第二版中文版测评高血压患者的效度和信度

摘　　要：目的:评价药物治疗满意度量表第二版(TSQM-Ⅱ)中文版在高血压患者中的效度和信度。方法:使用TSQM-Ⅱ、Morisky服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)对445例在某三级甲等综合医院及某社区卫生服务中心的高血压患者施测。采用量表内容效度指数(S-CVI)和条目内容效度指数(I-CVI)评价TSQM-Ⅱ的内容效度,采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析检验其结构效度,采用MMAS-8检验实证效度,用内部一致性信度、重测信度检验信度。结果:TSQM-Ⅱ的S-CVI为0.95,I-CVI在0.83~1.00之间;探索性因子分析共抽取3个公因子,累积方差解释率为88.50%;验证性因子分析各项拟合指标良好(χ^2/df=2.36,GFI=0.90,RMSEA=0.08,RMR=0.03);MMAS-8得分与TSQM-Ⅱ各。维度及总量表得分均呈正相关(r=0.38~0.41,均P<0.01)。量表Cronbachα系数为0.92,折半系数为0.83,重测信度为0.87。结论:药物治疗满意度量表第二版(TSQM-Ⅱ)中文版在高血压患者中具有良好效度和信度,适用于评价高血压患者的药物治疗满意度水平,但其效标效度尚须进一步研究。Objective:To evaluate the validity and reliability of the Chinese vision of the Treatment Satisfaction Questionnaire for Medication-Second Edition(TSQM-Ⅱ) in patients with hypertension.Methods:The TSQM-Ⅱ and Morisky Medication Adherence scale(MMAS-8) were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 445 patients with hypertension in a tertiary general hospital and a community health service center.The Scale content validity index(S-CVI) and item content validity index(I-CVI) were adopted to evaluate content validity of TSQM-Ⅱ,and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted for the structure validity.The MMAS-8 was used as the empirical validity instrument.The internal consistency reliability, retest reliability were adopted to test the reliability of TSQM-Ⅱ.Results:The S-CVI of the TSQM-Ⅱwas 0.95,and I-CVI of each item ranged from 0.83 to 1.00.In exploratory factor analysis, three common factors were extracted, and the cumulative variance interpretation rate was 88.50%.The structural equation model was well fitted(χ2/df=2.36,GFI=0.90,RMSEA=0.08,RMR=0.03).The MMAS-8 scores were positively correlated with the scores of four dimensions and total scale of the TSQM-Ⅱ(r=0.38-0.41,Ps<0.01).The Cronbach α coefficient, half coefficient and retest reliability of the TSQM-Ⅱwere 0.92,0.83 and 0.87,respectively.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the TSQM-II has good validity and reliability in patients with hypertension.It is suitable for evaluating the medication treatment satisfaction level of patients with hypertension, but its criterion validity needs further study.
