摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19),有着传播速度快、范围广、传染力强等特点。2021年更是要面对新冠病毒变异的新挑战,在此形势下对各个基层部队门诊部工作实施强效的防控措施,规范医务人员个人防护、执行辖区医疗巡诊、防疫消毒、日常门诊科普宣教以及发热病人就诊流程改造等措施,切实做好基层部队门诊部防护工作,可有效遏制新型冠状病毒传播。Objective The novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)spreads easily and widely among people and all people including children are generally susceptible to it.In 2021,we have to face the new challenge of coronavirus mutation.To effectively prevent the spread of novel coronavirus pneumonia,Standard Operation Procedures should be taken in the Out-patient department of Grass-roots Units,many measures should be implemented such as the personal protection of medical staff,routine inspection of medical districts,epidemic prevention and disinfection,daily popular science propaganda,and modification of the treatment procedure for patients with fever.
