助产士产前门诊教育联合拉玛泽分娩法对初产妇产痛强度、时间及分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探究助产士产前门诊教育联合拉玛泽分娩法对初产妇产痛强度、分娩时间及分娩结局的影响。方法以我院于2018年5月~2019年12月收治的300例初产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,各150例,其中对照组采用拉玛泽分娩法,联合组则在对照组的基础上进行助产士产前门诊教育,记录两组产妇的干预效果。结果联合组第一产总时长、第二产程以及总生产时间均显著短于对照组,(P<0.05)。联合组第一产程潜伏期、活跃期以及第二产程的疼痛程度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。分娩后,联合组Apgar评分显著高于对照组,窒息和窘迫发生率明显更低,(P<0.05)。结论采用拉玛泽分娩法联合助产士产前门诊教育能缩短初产妇在分娩时长,改善分娩疼痛度,获得良好母婴结局。Objective To explore the influence of midwife prenatal outpatient education combined with Lamaze delivery method on labor pain intensity,delivery time and delivery outcome of primiparas.Methods 300 cases of primipara in our hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and combined group with 150 cases in each group.The control group was given Lamaze delivery method,and the combined group was given midwife prenatal outpatient education on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was recorded.Results the total time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the total production time in the combined group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain degree of the first stage of labor in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After delivery,the Apgar score of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of asphyxia and distress was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Lamaze delivery method combined with midwife prenatal outpatient education can shorten the delivery time of primiparas,improve the degree of labor pain,and obtain good maternal and infant outcomes.
