摘　　要：目的探讨拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗对妊娠期高血压孕妇临床效果及收缩压、舒张压的影响。方法选取2019年7月-2020年7月于我院的妊娠期高血压孕妇78例,随机分为研究组和对照组两组,各39例。对照组应用拉贝洛尔治疗,研究组联合应用拉贝洛尔和硝苯地平治疗。观察两组治疗前、后的舒张压和收缩压情况,妊娠结局情况以及治疗效果。结果研究收缩压和舒张压情况低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组发生早产、产后出血、剖宫产、新生儿窒息、围生儿死亡和胎儿窘迫情况低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压患者联合应用拉贝洛尔和硝苯地平治疗效果理想,可以改善患者的收缩压和舒张压情况,降低不良妊娠结局的发生,提高治疗效果,值得临床中推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of labelol combined with nifedipine on hypertensive pregnant women during pregnancy,as well as the influence of systolic and diastolic blood pressure.Methods 78 pregnant women with gestational hypertension from July 2019 to July 2020 in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group,39 cases each.The control group was treated with labelol,and the study group was treated with labelol and nifedipine.Diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure before and after treatment,pregnancy outcome and treatment effect were observed.Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Preterm birth,postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section,neonatal asphyxia,perinatal death and fetal distress were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of labelol and nifedipine in the treatment of hypertensive patients with gestational period is ideal,which can improve the patients'systolic and diastolic blood pressure,reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,improve the treatment effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
