摘　　要：目的探讨逆行与顺行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨骨折对骨折愈合时间及并发症发生率的影响。方法选取2017年5月-2020年5月于我院的股骨骨折患者92例,抓阄法分为研究组和对照组各46例。对照组应用逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗,研究组应用顺行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗。观察对比两组患者关节感染、关节疼痛、关节僵硬和愈合延迟并发症的发生率,治疗的优良率以及骨折愈合时间、负重时间和手术时长。结果研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组骨折愈合时间、负重时间、手术时长短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用顺行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨骨折效果理想,可以降低并发症的发生,提高治疗优良率,促进骨折的愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of retrograde and anteriorly interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation on femoral fracture healing time and incidence of complications.Methods 92 patients with femoral fracture in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 were selected and divided into study group and control group by lottery.The control group was treated with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nailing,while the study group was treated with anteriorly interlocking intramedullary nailing.To observe and compare the incidence of joint infection,joint pain,joint stiffness and delayed healing complications,the excellent and good rate of treatment,fracture healing time,weight-bearing time and operation time in the two groups.Results The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time,weight-bearing time and operative time of the study group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of anterograde interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation in the treatment of femoral fracture is ideal,can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the treatment rate of good and good,promote the fracture healing time,worthy of clinical application.
