双源CT血管成像在主动脉夹层影像学诊断分析中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨主动脉夹层影像学诊断中运用双源CT血管成像检查的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月-2018年12月期间我院收治的主动脉夹层患者45例为研究对象,均行双源CT血管成像检查,并且对主动脉夹层的重要分支受累情况、分型以及范围等进行观察。结果所有患者均顺利完成检查,本组的45例患者中,23例为DeBakeyⅢ型,占51.11%,5例为Ⅱ型,占11.11%,17例为Ⅰ型,占37.78%;在CTA图像中,可见近端初始破口位置和撕裂的内膜片,且可以显示主动脉重要分支血管的受累情况。结论双源CTA检查具有操作简单、图像清晰的特点,可以对主动脉夹层进行评价,并且也是诊断主动脉夹层的一个有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dual-source CT angiography in the diagnosis of aortic dissection.Methods 45 patients with aortic dissection treated in our hospital from january 2015 to december 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and the two-source ct angiography was performed,and the important branch involvement,classification and scope of aortic dissection were observed.Results Of the 45 patients,23 were DeBakey III,51.11%,5 were II,11.11%,17 were I,37.78%.In the CTA image,the proximal initial break position and the torn internal diaphragm are visible,and the involvement of important branch vessels of the aorta can be shown.Conclusion Dual-source CTA examination has the characteristics of simple operation and clear image,and can evaluate aortic dissection,and it is also an effective method to diagnose aortic dissection.
