研究鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎手术患者术后康复护理方案与效果

摘　　要：目的研究鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎手术患者术后康复护理方案与效果。方法将2020年1月-2020年9月作为实验区间,选取76例采取鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎手术患者,作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,实验组与对照组,分别实施术后康复护理和常规护理,将两组患者护理效果进行对比。结果实验组患者鼻内镜手术时间为(51.23±2.35)分钟,患者术后恢复时间为(20.34±5.32)d,对照组患者鼻内镜手术时间为(65.14±3.24)分钟,患者术后恢复时间为(30.42±6.24)d,可以看到实验组患者手术时长和术后恢复时间比对照组时长短,P<0.05;对两组患者术后护理干预满意情况对比可以看到,实验组患者的术后护理干预满意度为95%,对照组患者的术后护理干预满意度为71%,应用术后康复护理干预的实验组患者术后满意度,要高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论可以看到鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎手术患者术后康复护理干预,对于患者病情恢复有积极促进作用。Objective To study the effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing for patients with chronic rhinitis and sinusitis treated by nasal endoscope.Methods From January 2020 to September 2020,76 patients with chronic rhinitis and sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,which were given postoperative rehabilitation nursing and routine nursing respectively.Results The operation time of the experimental group was(51.23±2.35)minutes,the postoperative recovery time was(20.34±5.32)days,the control group was(65.14±3.24)minutes,the postoperative recovery time was(30.42±6.24)days,we can see that the operation time and postoperative recovery time of the experimental group were longer than those of the control group,P<0.05.The comparison of postoperative nursing intervention satisfaction can be seen,the experimental group of patients with postoperative nursing intervention satisfaction was 95%,the control group of patients with postoperative nursing intervention satisfaction was 71%,the application of postoperative rehabilitation nursing intervention in the experimental group of patients with postoperative satisfaction,higher than the control group of patients,P<0.05.Conclusion It can be seen that the postoperative rehabilitation nursing intervention of patients with chronic rhinitis and sinusitis treated by nasal endoscopy has a positive role in promoting the recovery of patients'condition.
