经直肠双平面腔内超声诊断肛周脓肿的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析经直肠双平面腔内超声诊断肛周脓肿的应用价值。方法回顾性分析在本院治疗的肛周脓肿124名患者,对124例患者分别用经直肠双平面腔内超声诊断与高频超声诊断,并分为实验组和对照组,以病理结果为判定标准,对比两组诊断准确率和临床分期分型。结果:实验组诊断准确率98.4%高于对照组患者80.6%(χ^(2)=23.5322,P<0.05);实验组在分期和分型方面的准确率均高于对照组的患者(P<0.05)。结论经直肠双平面腔内超声诊断肛周脓肿,诊断准确率较高,可以准确用于肛周脓肿的分期、分型,为治疗提供参考意见。Objective To analyze the value of transrectal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of perianal abscess.Methods 124 patients with perianal abscess treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.124 patients were diagnosed by transrectal biplanar intracavity ultrasound and high-frequency ultrasound respectively,and were divided into experimental group and control group.The diagnostic accuracy and clinical stage classification of the two groups were compared with the pathological results as the criteria.Results The diagnostic accuracy of the experimental group was 98.4%higher than that of the control group(80.6%)(χ^(2)=23.5322,P<0.05).The accuracy of staging and typing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transrectal ultrasonography has a high diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of perianal abscess,which can be accurately used for staging and classification of perianal abscess,and provide reference for treatment.
