针对性护理用于心内科老年高血压合并高脂血症患者

摘　　要：目的观察针对性护理用于心内科老年高血压合并高脂血症患者临床疗效。方法我院心内科2018年7月-2020年7月80例慢老年高血压合并高脂血症患者为本次研究对象,按照是否开展针对性护理将患者分为对照组(40例:未开展针对性护理)与实验组(40例:开展针对性护理),比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果实验组患者护理3个月后胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等血脂指标均优于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。实验组患者3个月后总有效率(97.50%)显著高于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。实验组患者对护理满意度(95.00%)显著高于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论心内科老年高血压合并高脂血症患者针对性护理效果明显优于常规护理。Objective To observe the clinical effect of targeted nursing on elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia in cardiology department.Methods from July 2018 to July 2020,80 cases of elderly patients with chronic hypertension and hyperlipidemia in our hospital were divided into control group(40 cases:no targeted nursing)and experimental group(40 cases:targeted nursing)according to whether to carry out targeted nursing,and the nursing intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results after 3 months of nursing,the blood lipid indexes of the experimental group,such as cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),were better than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After 3 months,the total effective rate of the experimental group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the effect of targeted nursing for elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia in cardiology department is significantly better than that of routine nursing.
