观察个体化护理干预对变应性鼻炎(AR)冲击免疫治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的观察个体化护理干预对变应性鼻炎(AR)冲击免疫治疗效果的影响。方法实验探究区间2019年4月-2020年4月,选取110例采取冲击免疫治疗的变应性鼻炎患者,将患者随机划分为两组,实验组与对照组,分别采取个体化护理干预与常规护理干预,对比患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者局部不良反应的发生率为4%,全身不良反应的发生率为2%,对照组患者局部不良反应的发生率为18%,全身不良反应的发生率为13%,由此可以看到,实验组患者局部和全身的不良反应的发生率均低于对照组患者,P<0.05;两组患者护理干预满意度对比,实验组患者对于护理干预满意度为96%,对照组患者对于护理干预满意度为82%,实验组患者护理对护理满意度高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论变应性鼻炎(AR)患者采取冲击免疫治疗期间,实施个体化护理干预可以有效地提升患者治疗效果。Objective To observe the effect of individualized nursing intervention on impulse immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods from April 2019 to April 2020,110 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.Individual nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention were adopted respectively to compare the treatment effect.Results the incidence of local adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4%,the incidence of systemic adverse reactions was 2%,the incidence of local adverse reactions in the control group was 18%,the incidence of systemic adverse reactions was 13%,it can be seen that the incidence of local and systemic adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05;the satisfaction of nursing intervention in the two groups was compared The experimental group patients for nursing intervention satisfaction was 96%,the control group patients for nursing intervention satisfaction was 82%,the experimental group patients for nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group patients,P<0.05.Conclusion the implementation of individualized nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with allergic rhinitis(AR)during the period of impulse immunotherapy.
