临床路径在类风湿性关节炎康复护理中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对类风湿性关节炎采取临床路径康复护理的临床应用效果。方法选取我院收治的80例风湿性关节炎患者平均分成实验组和对照组,对照组采用基础护理干预措施,实验组采用临床路径护理,对比两组患者的疗效、康复时间和生活质量改善情况。结果实验组的总有效率占92.5%显著高于对照组67.5%(P<0.05);实验组的康复时间和生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过临床路径护理后其类风湿关节炎疾病的恢复效果较为显著,且有效缩短康复时间,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of rehabilitation nursing for rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 80 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients admitted to our hospital were divided into the experimental group and the control group,the control group was treated with basic nursing intervention,the experimental group was treated with clinical path nursing,compared with the two groups of patients efficacy,rehabilitation time and quality of life improvement.Results The total effective rate of 92.5%in the experimental group was significantly higher than 67.5%in the control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation time and quality of life scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The recovery effect of rheumatoid arthritis after clinical nursing is relatively significant,and effectively shorten the rehabilitation time,improve the quality of life of patients.
