摘　　要：随着医疗服务价格改革的不断推进,创新医疗服务价格形成机制和管理机制,是深化医药卫生改革的目标,DRGs付费模式的推广也给医疗服务项目定价带来了挑战,文章通过对乌鲁木齐市十四家公立医院以问卷方式,调查取消药品加成后目前医疗服务价格执行和定价存在的问题,提出建立统一成本核算体系和动态调整机制建议。As the reform of medical service price continues to advance,innovating the mechanism of medical service price formation and management is the goal of deepening the reform of medical and health care.The promotion of DRGs payment mode also brings challenges to the pricing of medical service items,This paper investigates the problems existing in the price execution and pricing of medical services after the elimination of drug addition by means of 14 public hospitals in Urumqi,and puts forward some suggestions for establishing a unified cost accounting system and dynamic adjustment mechanism.
