护理安全量化管理模式在全科护理管理工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析和研究护理安全量化管理模式在全科护理管理工作中的应用价值。方法研究对象为2018.10-2019.10月在我院急诊科、EICU、急诊病房、全科医学科等科室随机抽取的60名护理人员,对全部护理人员实施护理安全量化管理模式,比较实施前后全科护理人员的护理质量考核情况(护理操作质量、健康知识、护理文书记录、病房管理质量)。比较实施前后的护理差错事件发生率和护理纠纷发生率。结果实施护理安全量化管理模式后,全科护理人员的护理操作质量评分、健康知识评分、护理文书记录评分及病房管理质量评分均明显提高,和实施前存在明显差异(P<0.05)。实施护理安全量化管理模式后护理差错发生率和护理纠纷发生率明显低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论将护理安全量化管理模式应用于全科护理管理工作中有助于减少护理风险事件发生,提高护理人员的综合素质,改善护理质量,确保护理管理工作的安全性。Objective to analyze and study the application value of nursing safety quantitative management mode in general nursing management.Methods a total of 60 nurses randomly selected from the emergency department,EICU,emergency ward and general practice department of our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected to implement the quantitative management mode of nursing safety for all nurses,and the nursing quality assessment(nursing operation quality,health knowledge,nursing records and ward management quality)of general practice nurses before and after the implementation were compared.The incidence of nursing errors and nursing disputes before and after the implementation were compared.Results after the implementation of nursing safety quantitative management mode,the nursing operation quality score,health knowledge score,nursing document record score and ward management quality score of general nursing staff were significantly improved,and there was a significant difference between before and after the implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation of nursing safety quantitative management mode,the incidence of nursing errors and nursing disputes was significantly lower than before(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of nursing safety quantitative management mode in general nursing management is helpful to reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events,improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff,improve the quality of nursing,and ensure the safety of nursing management.
