摘 要:介绍了国内外永磁直驱技术的发展现状,以中车大同电力机车有限公司研发的采用永磁直驱技术大功率客运电力机车轮对为分析对象,着重从轮对的结构特点、车轮和车轴结构设计、材料选择及强度校核分析进行了阐述,提出了轮对设计理念和思路,总结了车轮和车轴的计算参数、计算方法、各受力工况的荷载情况及强度校核结果,说明了需重点关注部位及注意事项,为今后永磁直驱机车轮对设计起到一定的借鉴和指导作用。In this paper,the development status of permanent-magnet direct-drive technology is introduced,low power permanent-magnet di⁃rect-drive technology has been applied in china and abroad.The permanent-magnet direct-drive locomotive which designed by CRRC Datong Co.,Ltd is analyzed.This part includes the characteristics of passenger electric locomotive wheelset,wheel and axle structural design and the selection of material,strength analysis.The design concept and idea of wheelset are put forward.The calculation methods and parameters of wheel and axle,load conditions and strength check results of each working condition are summarized.Key parts and precautions are ana⁃lyzed,which will play a certain reference for the design of permanent-magnet direct-drive wheelset in the future.
