摘　　要：习近平在庆祝改革开放40周年大会上指出,改革开放是中国共产党的一次伟大觉醒,是中国人民和中华民族发展史上的一次伟大革命。在新中国70年的辉煌历程中,改革开放是极具中国特色的马克思主义真理化与科学性的实践,中国共产党带领中国人民取得了伟大成就,使中国发出了民族复兴梦的最强音。立足于马克思主义哲学视角研究新时代改革开放思想,探索其饱含的深刻哲学意蕴,用哲学思维领悟改革开放一脉相承的理论和与时俱进的成就,从而使改革开放在新时代继续孕育中国特色理论、推动中国伟大事业、促进中国伟大飞跃,发挥其理论智慧与实践光辉。At the congress celebrating the 40 th anniversary of reform and opening-up, General Secretary Xi Jin-ping pointed out that reform and opening-up is a great awakening of the Communist Party of China and a great revolution in the history of the development of the Chinese nation. In the 70 years of glorious history of New China, the reform and opening-up is the practice of the truth and scientificity of Marxism with Chinese characteristics, which has led the Chinese people to great achievements and made China utter the strongest voice of the dream of national rejuvenation. From the perspective of Marxist philosophy, this paper aims to explore the profound philosophical implications of the reform and opening-up thought in the new era, and to comprehend the successive theories of reform and opening-up and the achievements of keeping pace with the times with philosophical thinking, so as to understand, master and apply the reform and opening-up thought more thoroughly and to make reform possible. In the new era, opening-up will continue to nurture theories with Chinese characteristics, promote China’s great cause and great leap forward, and bring its theoretical wisdom and practical brilliance into full play.
