摘  要:锰是马铃薯生长发育不可缺少的微量元素之一,本试验以‘青薯9号’为供试品种,设置了0(CK)、0.05%(T1)、0.1%(T2)、0.6%(T3)、1.1%(T4)5个MnSO_(4)浓度处理,对马铃薯幼苗期至块茎形成期进行叶面喷施,研究锰素对马铃薯叶片生理特性以及块茎贮藏期品质变化的影响。结果表明,过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)、氧化物歧化酶(oxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性随着喷施MnSO_(4)浓度的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,其中喷施浓度为0.05%~0.1%MnSO_(4)可显著提高马铃薯叶片的POD活性,浓度为0.1%MnSO_(4)促进SOD、CAT活性的提高。喷施浓度为1.1%MnSO_(4)有利于块茎形成期根系活力(TTC还原量)的提高。就马铃薯块茎品质而言,喷施浓度为0.1%~0.6%MnSO_(4)可有效提高马铃薯块茎可溶性蛋白、有机酸、Vc、淀粉含量,且有利于减少贮藏期其各品质的流失;而喷施MnSO_(4)对块茎有机酸含量影响较小。由此表明,喷施0.1%~0.6%的MnSO_(4)可提高马铃薯植株叶片生理特性,并优化马铃薯品质。Manganese is one of the indispensable trace elements for potato growth and development.In this test,'Qishu 9'was used as the test variety,and 0%(CK),0.05%(T1),0.1%(T2),and 0.6%(T3)and 1.1%(T4)were treated with five MnSO_(4)concentrations.Foliar spraying was applied from potato seedling stage to tuber formation period to study the effects of manganese on physiological characteristics,yield and tuber quality during potato tuber storage.The results showed that the activities of POD,SOD and CAT increased first and then decreased with the increase of MnSO_(4)spraying concentration.The spraying concentration of 0.05%~0.1%MnSO_(4)could significantly increase the POD activity of potato leaves at a concentration of 0.1%.MnSO_(4)promotes the increase of SOD and CAT activity.The spraying concentration of 1.1%MnSO_(4)was beneficial to the increase of root vigor(TTC reduction)during tuber formation.In terms of potato tuber quality,spraying a concentration of 0.1%to 0.6%MnSO_(4)can effectively increase the content of soluble protein,organic acids,Vc,and starch in potato tubers,and it is beneficial to reduce the loss of quality during storage.The effect of spraying MnSO_(4)on organic acid content in tubers was small.This showed that spraying 0.1%~0.6%MnSO_(4)could improve the physiological characteristics of potato plant leaves and optimize potato quality.
