摘 要:采用单因素实验法研究PTFE浓度对电厂冷却水管常用的20#钢表面Ni-Mo-P/PTFE镀层的形貌和防垢性能的影响。结果表明,不同PTFE浓度下复合镀层的形貌特征既存在相似之处也存在差异。在5~20 mL/L的范围内随着PTFE浓度增加,复合镀层平整度提高,生垢速率减小,主要归因于复合镀层中PTFE质量分数逐渐升高。但当PTFE浓度超过20 mL/L,随着PTFE浓度继续增加,复合镀层平整度和防垢性能有所下降。PTFE浓度为20 mL/L时,该复合镀层表面较为平整,PTFE质量分数达到3.19%,具有相对较好的防垢性能。The influence of PTFE concentration on the morphology and anti-fouling property of Ni-Mo-P/PTFE coating on surface of 20#steel commonly used in power plant cooling water pipe was studied by single factor experiment.The results showed that there were similarities as well as differences between the morphology characteristics of composite coatings under different PTFE concentration.With the increase of PTFE concentration in the range of 5-20 mL/L,the flatness of composite coatings increased and the fouling rate decreased,which was mainly due to the increase of mass fraction of PTFE in composite coatings.However,when the concentration of PTFE exceeded 20 mL/L,the flatness and anti-fouling property of the composite coatings decreased with the increase of PTFE concentration.When the concentration of PTFE is 20 mL/L,the surface of the composite coating is relatively smooth,and the PTFE mass fraction reaches 3.19%,which has relatively good anti-fouling performance.
