摘 要:本文分析了书钉过程中,电镀锌改拔钢丝轧制成型前表面变色的问题。研究发现,钢丝变色是由于钢丝电镀锌前表面除锈不彻底引起的。如果钢丝表面有氧化物,钢丝在的电镀锌后的镀锌层内有氧化物存在。钢丝电镀后放置一段时间,钢丝表面将变色。采用湿热试验对钢丝的防锈性能能进行了测试,证实了表面存在氧化物的镀锌该拔丝有较差的防锈性能。This paper analyzes the problem of discoloration of the surface of the galvanized drawn wire during the production of staples.It is found that the discoloration of steel wire is directly related to the incomplete removal of rust from the surface of the steel wire.If the surface of the wire has oxides,some oxides are found in the galvanized zinc layer of the product.After some time,the steel wire will change the color.The damp heat test was used to test the anti-rust performance of the steel wire,the results were showed that the galvanized drawn wire with some oxides on the surface has a relatively low antirust ability.
