摘  要:随着能源需求的增加及勘探开发的深入,从传统常规油气走向非常规油气将成为必然趋势[1]。以前采用Y344封隔器“逐层压裂、逐级上提”方式压裂,该工艺最多能实现3层压裂,并且劳动强度大、压裂周期长、成本高、压裂液污染环境的问题。为解决当前完井作业中突出的储层保护、可高效调整层间分隔和薄油层精细分层系等技术难题[2],大庆油田研究形成了采用多段投球打套实现“逐层投球、逐层通径”的不动管柱多层压裂技术。该技术使试油工序衔接更加紧密,既可减少压裂液对储集层的浸泡时间,降低储集层的损害程度,又可降低作业成本,改善作业环境,实现绿色施工[3]。该工艺在大庆油田葡萄花、扶余、高台子等油层细分压裂中年应用200余口井,一趟管柱最多可完成8层施工,满足了致密油直井压裂施工需要。本文主要介绍不动管柱分层压裂工艺技术工作原理特点及应用建议,并通过现场应用实例阐述此技术的适用情况。with the increase of energy demand and the deepening of exploration and development,it will be an inevitable trend to move from conventional oil and gas to unconventional oil and gas.In the past,y344 packer was used for"layer by layer fracturing and step-by-step lifting",which can achieve 3-layer fracturing at most,and has the problems of high labor intensity,long fracturing cycle,high cost and environmental pollution caused by fracturing fluid.In order to solve the technical problems in current well completion operations,such as reservoir protection,high-efficiency adjustment of interlayer separation and fine stratification system of thin oil layers,Daqing Oilfield has developed a multi-stage fixed string multi-layer fracturing technology by adopting multi-stage ball casting and casing to realize"layer by layer ball casting and layer by layer diameter".This technology makes the oil testing process more closely linked,which can not only reduce the immersion time of fracturing fluid on the reservoir,reduce the damage degree of the reservoir,but also reduce the operation cost,improve the operation environment and realize green construction[3].This technology has been applied in more than 200 wells in the subdivision fracturing of Putaohua,Fuyu and Gaotaizi reservoirs in.
