摘  要:为满足黄铜制品装饰性与耐蚀性的要求,采用金属化学着色法在室内装饰用H62黄铜表面制备了紫色化学转化膜,研究了Sb2O3浓度、Cu(CO_(2)CH_(3))2浓度和转化温度对H62黄铜表面转化膜电化学性能和硝酸点滴性能的影响,优化了H62黄铜表面转化膜制备工艺参数,并与裸H62黄铜进行了对比分析。结果表明,H62黄铜表面转化膜的最优制备工艺为:Sb_(2)O_(3)浓度为10 g/L、Cu(CO_(2)CH_(3))2浓度为20 g/L、温度为65℃,此时所得转化膜的容抗弧半径最大、腐蚀电流密度最小、极化电阻最大、出现第一个气泡的时间最长(约336 s),具有最佳的耐腐蚀性能;相较于裸H62黄铜,优化工艺转化膜呈亮紫色且具有更好的耐腐蚀性能,这主要与优化工艺获得的转化膜较为均匀致密有关,实现了优良装饰性与耐蚀性能的结合。A purple chemical conversion film was prepared on the surface of H62 brass for interior decoration by metal chemical coloring to meet the requirements of decoration and anti-corrosion properties of brass wares.The effects of Sb_(2)O_(3)concentration,Cu(CO_(2)CH_(3))2 concentration and temperature on the electrochemical performance and nitrate drop performance of H62 brass surface conversion film were studied.Additionally,the preparation process parameters of H62 brass surface conversion film were optimized and compared with that of bare H62 brass.Results showed that the optimal preparation process of conversion film on H62 brass surface was Sb2O3 concentration of 10 g/L,Cu(CO_(2)CH_(3))2 concentration of 20 g/L and temperature of 65℃.Under the optimal conditions,the obtained conversion film had the largest capacitive arc radius,the smallest corrosion current density,the largest polarization resistance and the longest time of the first bubble(about 336 s),presenting the best corrosion resistance.In the comparison of bare H62 brass,the optimized conversion film exhibited bright purple and possessed better corrosion resistance,which mainly was related to the dense and thick conversion film after optimization,and so the combination of excellent decoration and corrosion resistance was realized.
