摘 要:腐蚀和结垢问题严重影响锅炉的使用寿命及其安全运行,向锅炉中投加绿色环保的水处理剂是解决该问题的重要手段。分析了腐蚀和结垢的成因及危害,综述了无机盐、有机胺、咪唑啉、聚合物以及天然植物提取物5大类锅炉水处理剂的国内外研究现状,对比分析了不同类型水处理剂的优缺点,讨论了影响水处理剂缓蚀阻垢效果的主要因素,并指出了锅炉水处理剂的热点研究方向。The corrosion and scaling problems seriously affect the service life of boiler and its safe operation.Adding environment-friendly water treatment agent to the boiler is an important means to solve these problems.In this paper,the causes and hazards of corrosion and scaling were analyzed and the domestic and international research status of five major boiler water treatment agents,i.e.inorganic salts,organic amines,imidazolines,polymers and natural plant extracts,were reviewed.After that,the advantages and disadvantages of different types of water treatment agents were comparatively analyzed and the main factors influencing the corrosion and scale inhibition of water treatment agents were discussed.Finally,the hot research directions in the field of boiler water treatment agents were pointed out.
