摘  要:为分析冰机蒸发器腐蚀失效的原因,以提供有效地防护措施,通过对某油田轻烃站冰机蒸发器腐蚀工况特征的分析,并运用XRD、SEM-EDS等手段对管束腐蚀穿孔处腐蚀区域进行测试,研究了冰机蒸发器管束腐蚀穿孔的原因。结果表明:冰机蒸发器管束腐蚀穿孔的主要原因是由于工艺流程改变,设计走管束的轻烃原料气改走壳程,使得原料气中的H2S与混入的O2反应形成单质硫,饱和水以及单质硫的沉积诱发钝化膜被硫化,破坏了316L不锈钢表面钝化膜的稳定性,在基体晶界处发生优先腐蚀形成点蚀源,并在S2-的自催化作用下形成了局部腐蚀穿孔。In order to analyze the cause of corrosion failure of ice machine evaporator and provide effective protection measures,based on the analysis of the corrosion characteristics of the ice machine evaporator in a light hydrocarbon station in an oil field,the corrosion area at the corrosion perforation of the tube bundle was tested by XRD and SEM-EDS,and the reasons for the corrosion perforation of the tube bundle of ice machine evaporator were studied.Results showed that the main reason for corrosion perforation of tube bundles of ice machine evaporator was that the process was changed,and the light hydrocarbon feed gas designed to run in the bundle was changed to the shell process,which caused the reaction of H2S in the feed gas and the oxygen mixed in the process to form elementary sulfur.Saturated water and elementary sulfur induced the passivation film to be vulcanized and destroyed the stability of passive film on steel surface,which led to preferential corrosion at the grain boundary of matrix to form pitting corrosion source and local corrosion perforation under the autocatalysis of S2-was formed.
