摘 要:为找出锌铝镁150 g镀层产品的不足,以对后续生产工艺进行调整,针对某钢铁公司碳钢薄板厂镀锌生产线生产的锌铝镁150 g镀层产品(SCS)及新日铁公司的锌铝镁产品(ZAM)、铝镁锌产品(SD)的镀层采用透射电子显微镜对其形貌进行了观察分析,发现在镀层中存在Al、Zn及Zn2Mg的三元共晶组织。通过分析镀层深度10μm内的镀层形貌,比较了ZAM与SCS镀层整体形貌的差异,并对3种产品表层下10μm内镀层形貌的整体架构进行了分析。In order to find out the shortage of the 150 g zinc-aluminum coating,the morphology of the 150g zinc-aluminum-magnesium coating(SCS)produced by the galvanizing line of a steel company’s carbon steel sheet plant,the zinc-aluminum-magnesium product of Nissin Steel(ZAM)and the aluminum-magnesium-zinc product of Nippon Steel(SD)was analyzed and compared by transmission electron microscopy to adujst the subsequent production process.Results showed that the ternary eutectic structure of Al,Zn and Zn2Mg existed in the coating.By analyzing the coating morphology within the depth of 10μm,the overall coating morphology of ZAM and SCS products was compared.Besides,the overall architecture analysis of the three products within the depth of 10μm was conducted.
