摘　　要：本文以成都上锦南府医院为研究对象,首先,利用Kaiser模型对其消防应急管理展开风险脆弱性分析,得出其需要面对的消防高风险事件主要为:现场应急不当、信息系统故障、设备操作不当、违规用火用电以及消防设施设备漏检。其次,基于区块链技术理论,结合现行管理模式对风险成因展开分析。本文认为"中心化"管理模式弱化人员责任意识、部门间信息传递途径单一、数据库智能化建设不足导致了上述事件的风险程度较高。最后,结合区块链技术理论,提出了基于区块链思想的医院消防应急管理模式。以医院各部门为节点构建分布式节点数据库,利用区块链信息系统链接各部门主体进行管理,提升消防应急管理智能化水平,实现"去中心化"管理。This paper takes Chengdu shangjinnanfu hospital as the research object.Firstly uesesthe Kaiser risk vulnerability analysis model of the fire emergency management,learned that its now need to face the fire risk events mainly for the improper disposal on the spot,improper emergency information system failure,improper operation,illegal use of fire equipment and fire control facilities equipment leak electricity.Secondly,based on the theory of block chain technology and the current management mode,the risk causes are analyzed.This paper argues that the“centralized”management mode weakens the sense of responsibility of personnel,the single way of information transmission between departments,and the lack of intelligent database construction lead to the high degree of risk of the above events.Finally,combined with the theory of block chain technology,a hospital fire emergency management model based on the block chain idea is proposed.Specifically,the distributed node database is constructed with each department of the hospital as the node,and the block chain information system is used to link the main body of each department for management,so as to improve the intelligent level of fire emergency management and realize“decentralized”management.
