具有抗菌功能的可降解复合包装材料的制备

摘　　要：合成高分子材料是目前市面上常用的包装材料,如聚乙烯、聚丙烯等。这些合成高分子具有成膜性高、可塑性高等优点,但难以降解,大量使用后易造成"白色污染"等严重的环境问题。制备可降解的包装材料是当前减少环境中"白色污染"的重要方法。以生物可降解的天然高分子玉米淀粉为主要原料,将其与生物相容性的聚乙烯醇进行有效复合,并引入抗菌单元,制备出可降解的复合材料。测试该复合材料的成膜性、抗菌性,结果表明:所制备的可降解复合材料不但抗菌性能好,而且成膜性好,是一种具有抗菌功能的可降解食品包装材料。Synthetic polymer materials are commonly used packaging materials in the market at present, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. These synthetic polymers have the advantages of high film-forming ability and plasticity, but they are hard to be degraded, which causes serious environmental problems such as "white pollution" after being widely used. The preparation of biodegradable packaging materials is an important method to reduce "white pollution" in the environment. In this project, the biodegradable natural high polymer corn starch was used as the main raw material, and the biocompatible polyvinyl alcohol was effectively compounded, and the antimicrobial unit was introduced to prepare the biodegradable composite material. The film-forming and antibacterial properties of the composite were tested. The results showed that the biodegradable composite material was a kind of biodegradable food packaging material with good antibacterial property and film forming property.
