肠道微生物与哮喘中医诊疗相关性的研究进展

摘　　要：[目的]总结分析肠道微生物与哮喘中医诊疗相关性的研究进展。[方法]收集近年肠道微生物和哮喘的中医生理病理、证候本质物质基础以及治疗等方面相关性的研究文献,基于“肺与大肠相表里”理论探讨肠道微生物和哮喘的相关性、肠道微生物与哮喘证候本质和体质的关系以及中医药治疗哮喘与调节肠道微生物的关系。[结果]现代医学中肠道微生物和哮喘的相关性,与中医“肺与大肠相表里”的理论不谋而合,现代研究结果为肺肠相合理论赋予了现代内涵;不同证型哮喘患者的肠道菌群代谢物有显著差异,气虚质、特禀质、阳虚质和平和质人群的肠道菌群特征存在差异;“肺肠同治”的中医药在治疗哮喘的同时,还具有明显改善肠道菌群失调、调节机体免疫功能等作用。[结论]从肠道微生物学的角度探究哮喘不同体质、证候本质的客观物质基础以及中医药治疗哮喘的机制,能够为临床诊治哮喘提供新思路。[Objective] To summarize and analyze the research progress of relevance of enteric microorganisms and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) diagnosis and treatment of asthma.[Methods] Through collecting literatures of recent years about the relationship between enteric microorganisms and asthma from the aspects of TCM physiology, pathology, material basis of essence of TCM syndrome,treatments, etc., the relevance between enteric microorganisms and asthma syndrome essence and physical constitution, and the relevance between TCM treatment of asthma and regulation of enteric microorganisms were discussed based on the theory of “lung and large intestine are exteriorly and interiorly related”.[Results]In modern medicine, the correlation between enteric microorganisms and asthma coincides with the theory of “lung and large intestine are exteriorly and interiorly related”, and endows the modern connotation of the theory. The metabolites of intestinal flora in patients with different syndrome types of asthma are significantly different, and the characteristics of intestinal flora in patients with Qi deficiency, idiosyncratic constitution, Yang deficiency and moderate constitution are different. The TCM herbs of“treating both lung and intestine” can obviously improve the imbalance of intestinal flora and regulate the immune function of the body.[Conclusion]To explore the objective material basis of different physical constitutions and syndrome essence of asthma and the mechanism of TCM treatment of asthma from the perspective of enteric microorganism could provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of asthma.
