摘 要:配电网由被动控制向主动控制是转变未来电力系统发展的必然趋势,主动配电网为实现清洁电源的分布式并网与随机负荷的接入提供了有效的解决方案。分析了主动配电网环境下,分布式电源与随机负荷的动态特性及其对传统继电保护四性的影响,提出了一种适用于主动配电网的继电保护新方法。首先,对传统三段式电流保护进行自适应整定,优先保证继电保护的灵敏性。在此基础上,构建区域后备电流保护方案,利用上下级保护逻辑量的协调配合,构成新的判据保证保护的选择性。仿真结果表明,该方法能够有效适应主动配电网环境,不受分布式电源以及随机负荷的影响,计算简单且方便整定。Changing from passive control to active control of the power distribution network is an inevitable trend in the future development of the power system.Active power distribution networks provide an effective solution for the realization of distributed grid connection of clean power and access to stochastic loads.This paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of distributed power sources and stochastic loads and their impacts on the four characteristics of traditional relay protection in an active distribution network environment,and proposes a new relay protection method suitable for active distribution networks.First,the traditional three-stage current protection is adaptively adjusted to give priority to ensuring the sensitivity of the relay protection.On this basis,a regional backup current protection scheme is constructed,and a new criterion is used to ensure the selectivity of protection by using the coordination of upper and lower protection logic.Simulation results show that this method is effectively adaptive to the active distribution network environment,not affected by distributed power sources and stochastic loads,and simple to calculate and convenient to set.
