摘 要:针对刮板输送机中减速器箱体在使用中极易因长时间的剧烈振动而出现结构变形或开裂的失效现象,以SGZ800型刮板输送机为分析对象,通过对减速器箱体的结构特性进行分析及模型建立,对箱体在不同工况条件下的结构性能进行研究,得出箱体中定位盖、定位键为整个箱体中的最为薄弱部位,找到了其结构的强度分布规律,并由此进行了箱体的结构优化改进设计。这对提高减速器箱体的结构性能具有重要保障作用。In view of the structural deformation or cracking of reducer box in scraper conveyor due to long-time severe vibration,once the structural failure occurs,it will pose an important threat to the mining efficiency of the equipment and the safety of underground operation. For this reason,SGZ800 scraper conveyor as the analysis object,through the analysis of the structural characteristics of the reducer box and the establishment of the analysis model,the structural performance of the box under different working conditions is carried out. It is concluded that the positioning cover and positioning key in the box are the weakest parts in the whole box,and the strength distribution law of the structure is found,and the structure optimization of the box body is carried out Into the design. This has an important guarantee role in improving the structural performance of the reducer box.
