盾构机始发硐室基础装置设计改造

摘　　要：为了适应高效掘进工作面的需要,改变岩巷掘进效率低的现实情况,山西新景矿煤业有限责任公司引进了盾构机(TBM)并在保安8号煤采区南回风巷进行了应用。为了保证盾构机在安装和调试过程中能够安全平稳进行,对盾构机始发硐室基础装置进行了设计改造。In order to meet the needs of high-efficiency tunneling face and change the reality of low tunneling efficiency,Shanxi Xinjing Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.introduced shield machine(TBM)and used it in Nanhui wind roadway of No.8 coal mining area.In order to ensure that the shield machine can be carried out safely and smoothly in the process of installation and debugging,the basic device of the initial chamber of shield machine is designed and reformed.
