摘　　要：在分析汽车变速箱的结构、装配工艺的基础上,以重型汽车HW19712变速器为例,分析总结汽车变速箱装配技术与装配质量在汽车工业发展中的重要性,表明HW系列变速器在重型汽车上的应用,不仅保障了汽车良好的装配性能以及确保整机在行驶中的安全性,而且提高了汽车的使用性能。On the basis of analyzing the structure and assembly technology of automobile gearbox,taking the heavy truck HW19712 transmission as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the importance of assembly technology and assembly quality of automobile gearbox in the development of automobile industry.The application of HW series transmission in heavy truck not only ensures the good assembly performance and safety of the whole machine,but also improves the performance of automobile.
