摘　　要：采用刚果红法和转矩流变仪法分析了不同厂家生产的不同型号钙锌稳定剂的热稳定性能和流变性能。结果表明:不同厂家生产的不同型号钙锌稳定剂的热稳定性能和流变性能各不相同,具有专有性强、通用性低的特点。使用钙锌稳定剂生产PVC制品时,应根据不同钙锌稳定剂的具体性能特点,合理确定配方和工艺参数,确保生产的正常进行。Congo red method and torque rheometer method were used to analyze the thermal stability and rheological properties of different types of calcium zinc stabilizers produced by different manufacturers.The results showed that different types of calcium zinc stabilizers produced by diHerent manufacturers showed different thermal stability and rheological properties,had the characteristics of strong specificity and low universality.When calcium zinc stabilizer was used in PVC processing,the formula and process parameters of PVC processing should be determined reasonably according to the specific performance characteristics of difierent calcium zinc stabilizers to ensure the normal production.
