摘　　要：为解决采煤机电机发热的问题,通过对比分析各种不同介质的电机冷却系统,确定选用水冷电机以及采用采煤机电机轴向冷却方式对机壳进行冷却的方案。具体对水冷却管路尺寸进行设计,并对水冷电机整体结构及其轴承、花键等关键零件进行选型设计。In order to solve the problem of heating of shearer electromechanical machine,the cooling system of motor with different media is compared and analyzed,and the scheme of selecting water cooling motor and adopting axial cooling mode of shearer electromechanical machine to cool the housing is determined.The size of water cooling pipe is designed,and the whole structure of water cooling motor,its bearing,spline and other key parts are selected and designed.
