摘 要:针对煤矿井下巷道围岩变形大、稳定性差,给井下综采作业安全造成严重影响的现状,在对井下巷道围岩变形原因进行分析的基础上,提出了一种新的巷道支护结构,即采用高预应力锚索和高强度锚杆相结合的控制方案,在井下巷道围岩变形大的地方通过架设“U”型架和控制底鼓的方案进行补强支护,同时在全断面处采用了注浆加强支护方案,有效提升了井下巷道围岩的整体结构强度和在矿压波动下的稳定性。In view of the large deformation and poor stability of underground roadway surrounding rock and the serious influence on the safety of fully mechanized mining operation,a new roadway support structure is put forward on the basis of analyzing the causes of underground roadway surrounding rock deformation,which adopts the control scheme of high prestressed anchor cable and high strength anchor rod,and strengthens the support by erecting"U"frame and controlling bottom drum"in the place of large deformation of underground roadway surrounding rock,and adopts grouting strengthening support scheme at the whole section,which effectively improves the overall structural strength and stability of underground roadway surrounding rock under the fluctuation of mine pressure.
