摘　　要：以某公司承制的结晶器铜板中尺寸最大的精度要求高、加工难度大的宽边铜板为例,详细阐述其在BX2012四米龙门铣刨上进行刨磨削的加工技术。采用这种加工方法,制造和刃磨方便,成本较低,能够满足图纸精度要求,适用于单件小批量生产。Taking Sinosteel Xi'an Heavy Machinery Co.,Ltd.as an example,the wide side copper plate with the largest precision requirement and difficult machining.This paper expounds in detail the machining technology of planing and grinding on the BX2012 four-meter gantry milling plane.Using this processing method,the manufacture and grinding are convenient,the cost is low,it can meet the requirements of drawing precision,and it is suitable for single piece small batch production.
