摘　　要：针对云冈矿MG2100/455-BWD型采煤机滚筒喷雾系统喷嘴在实践应用中存在的问题,经优化改造设计了一种新型可旋转喷嘴,对该新型可旋转喷嘴的结构、特征和实施过程进行了分析,并进行了实践应用效果研究。装置实践应用效果理想,有效提高了喷雾系统压力,达到良好的降尘效果。In view of the problems existing in the practical application of the nozzle of the roller spray system of the MG2100/455-BWD shearer in Yungang Mine, a new type of rotatable nozzle is designed through optimization and modification. The structure, characteristics and implementation process of the new type of rotatable nozzle are analyzed,and the practical application effect is studied. The practical application effect of the device is ideal, the pressure of the spray system is effectively increased, and the dust control effect can be effectively improved.
