摘  要:针对采煤机液压系统复杂、维修检测故障点查找困难、操作不灵活、液压动力能量损失大等问题,对采煤机液压牵引系统改造,即将系统采用的变量柱塞泵改为负载感应变量泵,并对阀组控制系统进行了改良。利用AMESim软件进行了仿真研究,理论分析与仿真结果相吻合,证实了设定的仿真参数的合理性。Aiming at the complex hydraulic system of shearer, the difficulty of finding fault points in maintenance and detection, the inflexibility of operation and the large loss of hydraulic power energy, the hydraulic traction system of shearer is redesigned and reformed. The variable piston pump used in the system is changed to load induction variable pump, and the valve group control system is improved. By using AMESim software, the simulation research is carried out, and the theoretical analysis is consistent with the simulation results, which proves the rationality of the set simulation parameters.
