摘  要:针对矿井多绳摩擦提升机工作过程中随时可能因钢丝绳之间张力不平衡而引起生产事故这一问题,通过需求分析,采用C8051F310结合Si4432无线通信芯片,构成一个无线自组网多绳提升机安全监测系统,可高效地对各条牵引绳所受张力实时数据进行采集和处理。经过实际测试运行表明,系统运行稳定可靠,每个测量点的张力数据误差小,无线自组网通信性能良好,实现了数据在网络中的可靠传输,达到预期监测要求。In view of the phenomenon that the tension imbalance between wire ropes may cause the production accident at any time during the working process of mine multi-rope friction hoist,through the demand analysis,the wireless communication chip Si4432 C8051F310 is adopted.A wireless ad hoc multi-rope hoist safety monitoring system can be used to collect and process the tension real-time data of each traction rope efficiently.The actual test and operation show that the system is stable and reliable,the tension data error of each measuring point is small,and the communication performance of wireless ad hoc network is good,which realizes the reliable transmission of data in the network and meets the expected monitoring requirements.
