摘 要:为减少回采巷道整修工程量,增加支护强度,保证安全高效生产,新景公司引进了“三高一低”高强度高预应力支护技术,并推广应用。但在单一煤层(尤其是8号煤)回采巷道中依然存在巷道变形量大、局部冒顶的情况。通过对现场变形情况、巷道顶板岩性及邻近矿压影响因素的分析,发现原有支护方式无法达到巷道围岩控制效果,对原有支护方案进行了优化,保证巷道不再出现冒顶情况。In order to reduce the amount of renovation of mining roadway,increase the strength of support and ensure safe and efficient production,Xinjing Company has introduced the technology of"three high and one low"high strength and high prestressing support,and popularized and applied it.However,in the single coal seam(especially No.8 coal)mining roadway.Through the analysis of the field deformation,the lithology of the roadway roof and the influencing factors of the adjacent mine pressure,it is found that the original support mode can not achieve the control effect of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and the original support scheme is optimized to ensure that the roadway no longer appears roof fall.
