摘  要:为了降低MZM对模拟信号产生的非线性影响,提出了一种基于RoF系统的以三角波作为副载波的信号传输方案。该方案采用线性度高的三角波携带基带数据并经过MZM调制。调制后的光信号可以在RoF系统的接收端通过直接检测得到余弦形式射频信号,该射频信号几乎不存在由于MZM的非线性调制引起的边带分量。仿真分析了在直接调制和间接调制的条件下三角副载波电光调制方案的性能;并将直接调制-三角副载波调制方案与相同参数下的传统单边带调制进行仿真对比。仿真结果表明:该三角副载波调制方案在色散补偿的前提下无中继传输100 km后误码率抵制10-8.4,比同参数下的单边带调制方案的误码率减小了4个量级。In order to reduce the non-linear influence of MZM on the analog signal,a signal transmission scheme based on the RoF system with triangular waves as the subcarrier is proposed.This scheme uses triangular waves with high linearity to carry baseband data and modulated by MZM.The modulated optical signal can be directly detected at the receiver of the RoF system to obtain a cosine RF signal,which has almost no sideband components caused by the nonlinear modulation of MZM.The simulation analyzes the performance of the triangular subcarrier electro-optical modulation scheme under the conditions of direct modulation and indirect modulation;and compares the direct modulation-triangular subcarrier modulation scheme with the traditional single-sideband modulation under the same parameters.The simulation results show that the triangular subcarrier modulation scheme has a BER of 10-8.4 after 100 kilometers transmission without relay under the premise of dispersion compensation,which is 4 times lower than the BER of the single sideband modulation scheme under the same parameters.
