摘 要:采用溶液法在二甲基亚砜(DMSO)溶液中,以导电聚苯胺(PANI)和聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)为原料,制备了PANI/PVDF复合材料。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了复合材料的晶相组成和显微结构,研究了DMSO溶液溶度、PANI和PVDF的共混比例(V_(PANI)/V_(PVDF))对复合材料介电性能的影响规律。结果表明:与熔融共混法相比,溶液法制备的PANI/PVDF共混材料更利于形成β晶体,DMSO溶液浓度为5%(质量分数)、V_(PANI)∶V_(PVDF)为80∶20时,复合材料的介电常数(ε)值为943(10^(3)Hz),介电损耗(tanδ)为4.1。Polyaniline(PANI)/polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)composites were prepared by solution method in DMSO with PANI and PVDF.The phase composition and microstructure of the composites were analyzed by FT-IR,XRD and SEM.The effects of DMSO solution solubility,the blending ratio of PANI and PVDF(V_(PANI)/V_(PVDF))on the dielectric properties of the composites were researched.The results shown that compared with the melt blending method,the PANI/PVDF blend prepared by the solution method was more beneficial to the formation ofβcrystal.When the concentration of DMSO solution was 5 wt%,V_(PANI)∶V_(PVDF)was 80∶20,the dielectric constant(ε)of the composite was 943(10^(3)Hz),and the dielectric loss(tanδ)was 4.1.
