摘  要:以双酚A为原料合成茚满双酚,与2-氯-5-硝基三氟甲苯通过亲核取代及加氢还原制备同时含不对称茚满结构和三氟甲基的二胺单体6-(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基)苯氧基-1-[4-(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基)苯氧基]苯基-1,3,3-三甲基茚满。考察了工艺条件对产物收率的影响,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱仪对产物进行表征。结果表明:成功制备出二胺单体,在反应温度60℃、反应时间3h、H2与二硝基化合物摩尔比为1∶12,Pd/C催化剂用量为二硝基化合物质量的10%时,产率可达97.51%。Bisphenol indane was synthesized from bisphenol A,then the diamine monomer 6-(4-amino-2-trifluoromethyl)phenoxy-1-[4-(4-amino-2-trifluoromethyl)phenoxy]phenyl-1,3,3-trimethyl indene containing asymmetric indane structure and trifluoromethyl was prepared by nucleophilic substitution and hydrogenation reduction with 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzotrifluoride.The effects of factors on product yield were investigated,and the products were characterized by IR and NMR.The results shown that diamine monomer was successfully prepared and the yield can reach 97.51%when the molar ratio of H2 to dinitrocompound was 1∶12 and the amount of the Pd/C catalyst was 10%by mass of the dinitro compound at 60℃for 3 h.
